Stewardship Report
Builds the annual stewardship report an account team delivers at renewal: reads the coverage schedule, premium history, and loss run, mines the service and claims-advocacy notes for documented wins — denials reversed, reserves reduced, premiums negotiated down — and assembles a client-ready report in your brokerage's name.
What goes in
Your brokerage's name for the report cover, the client and stewardship period, and whatever account materials you have — policy schedule (xlsx/pdf), premium summary (ideally multi-year), loss run, claims-advocacy notes including Outlook email exports (.msg/.eml), meeting or service notes, renewal strategy notes, and any prior proposal or stewardship report. Optionally your own branded cover template. All optional; the report renders clear placeholders for whatever is missing.
What you get
A finished stewardship report as a Word document — cover, executive summary, summary of policies placed, claims management and advocacy, day-to-day servicing and risk management support, service by the numbers, above and beyond highlights, and looking ahead — with a premium-trend and loss-ratio chart when multi-year data exists, plus an internal review canvas listing unsupported claims, low-confidence facts, missing-data placeholders and anything still needing the account executive's input.
How it works
- 1Set the scene: name the client, the stewardship period, your brokerage, and the account team, then attach whatever materials you have — anything missing renders as a clearly bracketed placeholder.
- 2Read the numbers: the policy schedule, premium summary, and loss run are read in detail — coverages, carriers, premium by year, and every loss-run row.
- 3Mine the story: advocacy notes, emails, and prior reports are searched for documented wins — a denial reversed, a reserve reduced, a premium negotiated down — and each is verified against the documents.
- 4Build the report: the findings render as a Word/PDF document in the standard stewardship format, with charts where multi-year data exists; attach your branded cover template and it is used.
- 5Check before it goes out: a review list names every unverified claim and missing item, so the account team knows exactly what to check before the report leaves the building.
